We accept requests for defective and non-defective returns, and exchanges are available subject to stock. A request must be made within 30 days after delivery. Eligible goods must be new, unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging, tags, and included accessories.

Non-defective requests may cover a change of mind, personal preference, or selection of the wrong item. Damaged, faulty, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed goods may also qualify. Send the order number, checkout email, and reason for the request; photos or video of the item and packaging are also required for damage, defects, incorrect goods, or missing parts.

Returns are made by mail. A free return label is included in the package, and no restocking fee is charged. Do not mail a return before approval. Exchanges depend on current inventory. Once approved, a refund is sent to the original payment method and processed within 10 days.
